Michael Kulish, PLS
Michael Kulish has been practicing and teaching in the geospatial arena since the 1980s. A licensed Professional Land Surveyor for more than 40 years, a GISP, and a geospatial instructor at Olympic College for more than 30 years, he has worked in public and private sectors in land surveying, construction, GIS, hydrographic and aerial mapping, land development, and real estate.
His experience reaches from compass and chain work to GNSS, laser scanning, multi-beam sonar, digital imaging, mobile mapping, and field automation.
He a has authored articles for technical and professional journals and particularly focuses on bridging divisions between various geospatial disciplines and evangelizing the use of spatial knowledge and technologies across a wide array of current and potential user groups.
